Matt's strong business acumen includes deep knowledge of company financials, cash flow, financing, strategy implementation, and risk identification. His keen ability to spot bottlenecks and underlying issues within teams and company growth has helped many businesses avoid pitfalls and pivot effectively.

Outside of work, Matt coaches his kids' sports teams, volunteers at their youth group, serves on the Master’s Apprentice Board, and enjoys fly fishing in the Rocky Mountains.
